Michelle Moss

Michelle, a trailblazer in the real estate investment industry with a career spanning over three decades. Michelle embarked on her real estate journey in 1989 as a licensed agent under her maiden name, Browning. Her passion for real estate and dedication to excellence propelled her to new heights.

In 2002, Michelle played a pivotal role in the establishment of Atlanta’s Premier Townhomes & Duplexes, where she served as the company’s first property manager. Her leadership and vision laid the foundation for success, setting a high standard for property management in the region.

Driven by her entrepreneurial spirit, Michelle ventured further in 2006, founding a new sales and management company under the name Emerald Management, operating as Principal Broker. Under her guidance, the company evolved into Emerald Homes, a renowned entity known for its commitment to exceptional service and professionalism.

Michelle’s unwavering pursuit of knowledge has been a cornerstone of her success. Continually educating herself, she expands her wealth of expertise in the dynamic fields of real estate sales and property management.

Billy Tipton

Billy, a seasoned professional who became a valuable member of our team in September 2009. Armed with a Real Estate Agent license and a background in Construction Management from the University of Georgia, Billy brings a unique skill set and extensive experience to our company.
Before joining Emerald, Billy spent over five years in new construction management and home remodeling, honing his expertise in the intricacies of property development and renovation.
In his role with us, Billy wears many hats. He meets with investors to meticulously review budgets, assists property owners in preparing their assets for listing on the market for sale or rent, and oversees renovation projects from start to finish. Additionally, Billy plays a crucial role in ensuring resident satisfaction by addressing their day-to-day management needs and coordinating prompt responses to emergency maintenance requests.
With his diverse skill set and unwavering commitment to excellence, Billy is an invaluable asset to our team, consistently exceeding expectations and driving success in all facets of property management and real estate services.

Brenda Nunez

Brenda is an esteemed member of our team who joined us in July 2013. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Brenda brings a wealth of experience in leasing and marketing for property management. Brenda works closely with Michelle to determine the ideal rental rates for our investors and property owners. Her attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction have earned her a reputation for excellence among our clients and colleagues alike.

Cory Browning

Cory joined Emerald Homes in 2014 and has since become an invaluable member of our sales department. He obtained his real estate license in June 2014, aligning his growth with Emerald’s expansion beyond Gwinnett County. Cory has consistently demonstrated his expertise by expertly matching prospective buyers with their ideal properties and effectively marketing homes for sale on behalf of owners. His contributions have significantly strengthened our team and driven our success.
Assisting buyers and sellers with transactions exceeding $5.8 million each year, Cory handles a diverse portfolio that includes townhomes, multi-family investments, single-family homes, first-time home buyers, and large acreage tracts.

Julia is our newest addition to the team, joining us in May 2024. We’re excited to enhance our resident services and bolster our renovation projects with her expertise and dedication.
Julia will be stepping into a crucial role as she takes the lead in managing resident service requests. Her goal-oriented approach and commitment to customer satisfaction will ensure that our residents receive prompt and effective assistance, enhancing their overall experience with us.

Kim is the diligent gatekeeper of our vacant properties. With precision and care, Kim handles the crucial task of screening all prospective viewers interested in our available properties.
As the initial point of contact for potential tenants, Kim ensures that only the most qualified individuals are granted access to our vacancies. Her thorough screening process not only saves time but also safeguards the integrity of our rental properties.
