Michelle Moss

Michelle began her real estate career in 1989 as a real estate licensee with the maiden name Browning. In 2002, Atlanta’s Premier Townhomes & Duplexes was established and she became the company’s first property manager. Michelle opened a new sales and management company in 2006 that she operates as Principal Broker, Emerald Management dba Emerald Homes. She continually educates herself to grow in her wealth of knowledge in the real estate field of sales and property management. Michelle has guided Emerald Homes to provide the best customer service to all clients, investors, and tenants to be the the most prestigious management company in Atlanta specializing in Gwinnett County and Cobb County.

Billy Tipton

Billy joined us in September of 2009 and is a licensed Real Estate Agent. After graduating from the University of Georgia he began his career in Construction Management. Prior to working with Emerald, his background consists of over 5 years of new construction management and home remodeling. His job includes meeting with investors to review budgets, assisting owners with preparing their property to be listed on the market for sale or for rent, overseeing renovations, assisting tenants with the day-to-day management needs, and coordinating responses to emergency maintenance requests.

Brenda-RS

Brenda Nunez

Brenda became a part of our team in July 2013. She is bilingual and specializes in leasing and marketing for property management. She makes sure applicants are welcomed and comfortable during their leasing process from the application to the move-in. Brenda also works with our team to market the perfect rental rate for investors/owners.

Cory Browning

Cory Browning

Cory started at Emerald Homes in 2014. He is an extreme asset to our sales department. He obtained his real estate license in June 2014 to grow with us as Emerald expanded outside of Gwinnett County. He has proven to be a great asset to our sales department in finding just the right property for prospective buyers and marketing owners homes for sale.

Devin Norrell

Devin joined our team in July 2012. She manages tenant accounts and handles the court procedures for dispossession. Devin constantly communicates with tenants and investor/owners to keep them updated on individual accounts. She conducts accounts receivable and assist in accounts payable. She also runs Comprehensive Property Services retrieving and preparing payment plans for past tenant in house collections with Emerald.

Justin Davis

Justin started at Emerald Homes in 2018. He is an extreme asset to our sales department. He will be focusing on expanding our sales team into the Fulton and Cobb counties.

Sandra Burneo

Sandra became an asset to our office in September 2009. She is bilingual and one of the first friendly faces you see upon arrival at Emerald Homes. She assists our entire team to make us all proud of our property management and sales/investment departments. Sandra focuses on tenant renewals.
